Thus, our Founder, Tamika L. Adams, prioritizes her work ethic to ensure that she is always

capable to provide superior service to her Pearls and Pearls-to-Be.

Tamika L. Adams is the Founder and Executive Director of The Empress and Pearls Inc., a Certified Educator, Certified Etiquette Consultant, and author of 7 Keys to Starting a Mentoring Organization for Black Girls. She is a visionary leader committed to developing the next generation of Black female leaders through transformative mentorship rooted in excellence and empowerment. Under her leadership, mentees have been accepted into top-tier universities, secured millions of dollars in scholarships, launched youth-led businesses, interned with prestigious organizations, traveled internationally, and been featured in national media for their achievements. Through strategic programming and intentional guidance, Tamika continues to create life-changing opportunities that prepare Black girls to lead with purpose and power.
